Orders are sent by recorded methods and a signature is normally required.  If you are not able to be at home, you may consider changing the delivery address to a work address.  If this is not possible, is there somewhere safe to leave the parcel (at your own risk)?

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order.  We aim to stock all lines featured on the website, but cannot hold every size and colour combination in stock.  Rather than limit the items we offer to our customers, we therefore may have to order your item from the supplier.  However, we aim to provide prompt service and will always let you know approximate timescales for delivery.  If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund.

Prices include Value Added Tax, where this is applicable.

Every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on the Website are correct.  However, prices are not always up to date, and although we always try to maintain the prices shown on the site, we reserve the right to discontinue any item from those shown and to amend prices when necessary.

Standard postage - delivery normally within 7-10 days.  Express - delivery normally within 2-3 days.  Whilst we intend to hold stocks of all lines illustrated on our website (but as explained above, not in all colour and size combinations), it may at times be necessary to extend delivery:  We will inform you accordingly.

Postage & Packing
Mainland UK - Free for orders over £150.00 otherwise £4.99 for standard and £8.00 for express.  All other postage will be calculated according to size/weight/destination and will be charged at cost.
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate.

Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.

Returned Goods
Our internet returns policy is as follows:

A full refund (less outgoing postage and packing - charged at cost to a maximum of £10.00 for UK deliveries) will be provided on any item returned to us in the original packaging, unsoiled, within 14 days, for any reason. Alternatively the goods may be exchanged. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made before we receive the returned goods. Returns made after 14 days or soiled goods will not be eligible for refund or exchange. Please pack carefully to avoid damage and don't forget to enclose the receipt that was sent with your order. Please enclose the appropriate return postage and packing fee with goods returned for exchange.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office if making a return, to enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit.

Special Order Items
Some items are described as special order items.  These items are not normally held in stock - we may have to order them from the manufacturer and they cannot normally be returned to us for a refund.  We have included these items on our site in order to provide a full range and service to our customers, and include items that are unavailable elsewhere.  If you are in doubt, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Sale or reduced price items
These items are non-returnable.
